93 Q has rough idle, ohmed injectors only 1 whin spec. I send the whole fuel rail to deatsch werks. Confirmed all 8 injectors were bad, but deatsch did not have phase I injector in stock. I was offered to use phase II injector, but need connector adaptor due to different connector shape. I was wondering that will 96 harness fits 93's harness connector.

Pretty unusual to have all eight bad as the car barely runs with one bad. The 1996 injectors might work and are somewhat more reliable but you will need to get the complete fuel rail and injector harness. Scottsdale has special on injectors.

The Q was still running. Just rough idel and acceleration was a little bit slow, no check engine light, no code nothing, and even passed state inspection with that rough idel. deatsch was asking whether injectors were comming from a running Q. I think all coils are bad. The ohm result from 15 ohm all the way to 2K ohm along all 8 injectors. Maybe the injector just remain in open position. I got very bad mileage 10~12 mpg.

The recent ETHANOL with water in Houston gasoline has been known to destroy Nissan injectors fast. All it takes is a few tankfuls to start the process.

The 90-96 injectors are all subject to the same failure mode.

As the housing swells it pulls the internal wires from the external connection, increasing resistance...............the injector opens slower and doesn't lift the pintle fully so less and less fuel flows making idle leaner and leaner until the cylinder misfires.

Brand new injectors can buy some operating time but getting rid of ethanolized water is the only long term solution.
