96 I30t computer

my son has 96 I30t. he passed inspection by default. the shop told him that the plug that they plug into the computer was missing serveral teeth . is this part replaceable.are there any pictures available to see what plug should look like.bill

Most connectors do not have teeth and the terminals are protected. Where is the terminal located? We don't have inspections here, any chance you could send a picture of the connector?

my son is comming over friday night,i will have a look at it then. he told me that the plug was located under the dash in the area of the steering column.
