96 I30t auto w/130k losing power and stalling

hey guys, well this is the thing I just bought this car and recently the car started losing power and stalling. So I had it tuned and cleaned up couple of things which include New( air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs) and also cleaned the TB and the fuel system w/ seafoam. I also cleaned the MAF sensor and the IACV a week ago, but the car still loses power and stalls. also here is the thing I only tested this a couple of times, but the car loses power and stalls when I come out of a high speed drive to a low speed drive and my friend says it definitely a IACV problem is he right? so should i cleaned the IACV again and thoroughly or should I replaced. Also, another thing and i don't know for sure if this relates the problem, but there is a weird air sound or a air a leak coming from the TB or IACV or somewhere near it could that be the problem? Plz I need serious help.

OK first off there is no ned to make a new thread every day about the same problem, just make a new post in the old thread.

If you have a bad vacuum leak, then that could be the cause of your problem.
