If it was taken care of, a VQ30 with that many miles should be fine. My buddy's DEK went 170K and pulled very healthily. If anything, I'd change out the timing components. Even though this engine uses a chain, it's cheap insurance to replace it after so many miles. When my 96 had a non-LSD 5spd, exhaust, intake, and ecu, it ran a 14.5 @ 97mph and that was with me only having one month's practice driving stick. Other cars with similar setups have run much lower times. In fact, the fastest stock 4th gen on maxima.org ran a 14.5 (with an amazing driver, I might add) so these cars are plenty capable from the factory. The fastest all-motor 4th gen (with a 3.0L) is in the high 12s on slicks.
