96 I30 fog lights and side markers failure (HELP)

My fog lights and side markers were taken off by the previous owner exposing the sockets to the elements. I just purchased new fogs and side marker lights, but they do not work.

I suspect all the light sockets need replacement. What do you all think.Do you think it might be a blown fuse causing the issue? And if so do any of you know which fuse powers the fogs and side markers?

Get a multi meter and start testing the wires. It's possible that the connectors are just corroded because they really weren't supposed to be open to the environment. They could just need a good cleaning.
