96 I30 body mods?

Im brand new over here. Thrilled to be a member of these forums as proud owner of a 96 I30 or A32. I think I finally found the place to be, as I've been hardcore nissan my entire life. I have just started getting my hands dirty into cars but I can't deny my thirst for HP and torque. But as a newbie I do have some questions.

First, Im looking for new headlights. My goal is to make it a sleeper but at the same time I need to add some style to it. I see theres plenty of nice halo projectors headlights for 00+ models but nothing for the 96-99 that is as nice. Would I have to get into shaving off parts of the hood to make them fit?

Second question,Theres absolutely no body kits here for this car in the U.S. and im not looking for anything gaudy and tacky. Im looking for elegance. I went looking on the web and I did find something I liked, well I went crazy. But I really dont know where to find such a kit, Its all in japanese.
