ok hers the deal...my truck was flooded during the hurricane...i got it running again after replacing the ecu, all fluids, spark plugs, dist cap, rotor, wires...it ran ok but wouldnt rev up very high..kept going into loop mode..i traced it to a bad air flow meter..while i was waiting for the meter to come in i pulled the gas tank..replaced fuel pump and sock..put everything back and the truck started and revved up very well for about 3 min. then it died and now i am getting fuel but no fire..i took the dist apart and replaced the ignition coil and cam position sensor with a part from the junk yard because i am pulling code 11 from the dtc's..along with a purge solenoid valve code-which i know i left unplugged after taking tank out--and a front o2 sensor code--which i think i caused when i unplugged the harness to clean connectors...i dont see both cam sensors and coils being bad and i have the service manual so i have traced most of the circuits in the trouble tree and everything looked ok..i am getting an ohmmeter tomorrow so i will be able to check resistance etc.. better tomorrow..but is there any direction you can point me in that would save alot of pinout testing? the starter was kinda acting up but now seems fine..would that cause a spin but no fire situation?
