96 G20 AC Compressor Clutch Repair

My 13 month old (Nissan OEM) AC compressor came apart. The clutch plate fell apart in pieces. I bought a used compressor to use the clutch parts I need. I got the top plate center screw out, but can't get the plate off. Anybody know what the trick is to taking this clutch apart?
