I recently purchased doors for my 1990 and I didn't realize that the part out I got them from was a 96 until I tried to install them. Like am I missing something here? I just wanna know if it's bad if I continue with the install.

Welcome!
The '90-'93 doors IIRC are different than the later years where they changed the belt hookups and surely a few other small things. The door skins themselves should be the same and most other shape/size things should be the same, just the interior bits/connections could be different.
Maybe someone else has experience in this area?

Yeah, the door panel screws and bolts are different and there are very slight differences that at first glance you'd barely notice but once I got the doors on I realized they aren't for my cars year
