96 altima wont go into first gear

alright, a coworker of mine is having problems getting his car into gear, 96 altima, not sure if there is any badging on it. he has flushed the clutch fluid and has clutch pressure. he can also shift through the gears when the car isn't started. I think it has something to do with the clutch but were should we start looking? of course any help is very welcome. thanks in advance!

look at the clutch slave cyl while somone is pushing the clutch in and out. you should be able to see it moving. if not, your prob is hydraulic. if it is, your prob is either in the bellhousing(clutch itself) or in the transmission. i have seen clutch disks get stuck to the flywheel before(not common).
