battery connections are good, my starter and coil is good. it just won't start now. when I turn the key all of my dash lights power up and full power troughout the car. when I try to crank it, nothing tries to turnover but after a bit of tries with the key it will finally start right up with no problems. NOW it won't start at all no matter how much I try! great batt power troughout the car so I was thinking I need a new ignition switch. Any thoughts or comments will be appreciated

Check grounds on the engine and starter is the first guesses.

How do you know your starter is good? Are you testing power at the starter when you attempt to start? My starter started going out and got harder and harder to start until, nothing. Had power at starter but solonoid would not crank engine over. No noises, just no crankin.

It sounds like the starter to me. I had one do a similar thing to me. The only noise it made was a faint little click.

I was tinkering with one and it was the ignition switch. Took the covers off the steering column and the switch was loose on the back. When I pushed on the back it would start fine...replaced the switch to solve the problem. Actually you may be able to wire tie the back of the switch tight to make it work for the time being.
There is also a relay that is between the ignition switch and the starter. From memory I can't tell you which one but it went out on my son's '92. If the relay is out all the lights will work but the starter does NOTHING. No clicks, no noise.
