picked up a 96 240sx obd2 car seems to run good but cranks alot before starting there is fuel pressure but i noticed when i changed the fuel filter that even with key off fuel pressure is constant so i think its flooding the cylinder with fuel.. wtf><? could it be the fuel pump relay? where is it located? bad fuel pump.., was running good and just started doing this.. i have 4 codes currently.

IAT sensorknock sensormanufacturer air fuel monitoringevap purge

It could possibly be the fuel pump relay. I'm going to move this to 240 Tech and see what they have to say.

From my research and similar problem your Intake Air temperature sensor present on early SOHC and 95 and up DOHC motors will cause the engine to idle like **** once warm and dump fuel aka run rich if the sensor is broken or wires faulty (my wires ripped and threw a CEL instantly). At first I thought it was my idle air control valve (IACV) but after replacing all gaskets, new hoses the iacv and aac on the intake manifold side it seems to point to that because problem still exists. I will replace my IAT and ill tell you whats up.
