96 240sx question plz help

everyone well i have question maybe u guys can help me i putting a 95 240sx motor into my 96 since it not working well but the throtty is kinda different from the 96 but i just replace the 96 throtty on the 95 will pass smog check just switching the 95 motor into my 96 it should fine anyone help me out asap thanks..

basically same engine. depends on if the 96 is odb2 for the wiring.

i check it from the 95 it have two o2 sensor one inthe front and back so is it obde 11...

Ok first off welcome to NICO. We are more than willing to help you but please, please try and form complete sentences with punctuation.

I am still unsure what you are asking but it sounds like you want to know if by switching the throttle body off the 95 on to the 96 will still allow you to pass smog?

If so then then it depends on if your 95 is OBD II. Which it sounds like it is from your reply so I would venture to say yes you will be ok. Just make sure that everything is identical on the new engine whihc may require switching some parts but not a big deal.

thats all u gotta do is change the throtty but its still gonna work if you put the 95 throttle just a couple things wont hook up like cruse controll and 2 vacume lines but it be alot better to swicth the the throtty so every thing could hook and if you got a broken motor mount u betta change it cause yull regret it go look at my slide show on myspace its me swapin the engine just click on this http://www.myspace.com/straightsideways
