I have a competition clutch (stage 2 disc with a stage 4 pressure plate) that i just put in. it gribs hard but after a good usage it over heats and starts slipping. i know i didnt put any oil on the disc and there is no oil coming from th rear main seal since i replaced it. only thing i can think of is the pedal itself. my clutch catches ALL the way to the top and i have to press only like half an inch to engage it. as if it only presses the clutch just enough to use but with more usafge (like drift events) it begins to slip. how can i change that? i read adjust it...but do i move the rod that comes out of the clutch master cylinder or just the little u think that connects to the pedal. if i mess with the pedal this will just move the pedal itself and not how much the rod pushes in the clutch master cylinder?(man, i think i just lost everyone, LOL)

hey bro,

double check and make sure you do not have leaks around clutch and slave cylinder. check fluid. if ok, check adjustments and clutch pedal. sometimes after swaping out clutch assy it leaves the pedal kinda open and will not engage or disengage fully. to be safe to, bled out system.
