Can somebody can told if a 96 ecu can fit on a 93 240sx if not why?

no, the 93 is OBDI and the 96 is OBDII, + it might have other fuel/timing maps and the sensors are not the same, even the mafs.

ECU plug is COMPLETELY different...

...and internal vs external coil on the dist.

...and different MAF.

...etc, etc.
