96 200SX SE Drums to Discs....??

I'm wanting to convert my rear drums on my 96 200SX SE to discs and was wondering if this is a difficult process or not, and also if the parts are readily accessible. If anyone has any information on the conversion and/or knows anything about the process, any help would be much appreciated.

I am planning on doing this install in a year or so. So I don't have info on difficullty. Good luck with it though
