95q45 ECM?...Where is it?

I've been trying to figure out how to read error codes. Do I have to remove the ECM? All the pictures I've seen do not look like what I see at the RH passenger panel. Is this the right part? A18-D00-PE0?
do I remove the ECM? If, so how? Do I disconnect the ECM Harness connector? I cannot find the place to put it into the test mode.

You will probably need to remove the screws holding it in place, but leave it connected. I have found that using a phillips head bit in a ratchet with an extension and socket help get enough pressure on the top screw to get it loose.
