I just bought factory ones from Joe. They were cheap, and the ride is less harsh than it would be with poly.

The bushings are kind of oval, probably to maintain friction in the press-fit. I measure 1.757-1.789 on the OD of the outer steel sleeve. The sleeve has a wall thickness of about .072, so if you left it in, the bushing would have to be on the order of 1 5/8 - 1 3/4 depending on how tight you wanted it. FYI the factory bushing is eccentric to put more meat under the bolt.
