95Q A/C Vents

Anyone have a clue on why my vents close themselves when my fan kicks into high speed? I have to manually move all of them back to the right to open them. I assume there are little springs behind each vent that are shot? Next question...how hard is it to get to them?

FYI. Replaced my fuel pump over the weekend. This site made it possible. Thanks to all.

that sounds weird mine are stiff to move i saw some q vents on e -bay do a search
