95KADE - 90KAE transmission

just wondering will the transmission from a KA24E fit on a 95 KA24DE?

That and how difficult is it to swap the KA24DE into my 90 240?

The transmission should bolt up fine. Im not positive on the sensors though, I know the OBD2 sensors are differents, but not sure bout the late OBD1.
