Sorry, I was being a wise guy.
What's up with your truck?
Stick? Auto? How? When? Where? What?
Tell us about it and we might be of some help.

You can't move the shifter even with the engine off?
The clutch uses a separate, much smaller reservoir near the brake reservoir.

put it in where 1st or R is with the motor off and turn the key (get ready to turn it off if it starts)

did the car move?

if it did move then the gbox is ok

the only thing i can think of if that is the case then the clutch could be rusted on to the flywheel or the clutch slave cylinder (the small one under the car) or the clutch master cylinder are not working

With the engine off, have someone pump the clutch pedal while you look underneath and look for that cylinder you looked at before.
It should be pushing out when the clutch pedal is down. If not you have a hydraulic problem with either the clutch master cylinder, or the operating cylinder down on the trans. Frequently they are both weak and often its a good idea to change them both. This does seem to happen with cars that sit a long time.
If it is working, then as AE mentioned, the clutch disc can stick to the flywheel. This is pretty uncommon in my experience but it can happen.
If so, on level ground with the key OFF, put the trans in 2nd, and try to push the truck back and forth while someone has the clutch pushed down.
Some times this will break them loose.
