lower the front of your head liner to gain access to the tabs which ride on the track it sounds as if one or more has popped off. to lower the front of the headliner remove both visors, your dome lamp ,and any OH SH** handles above the doors if you have them. you will also need to remove the trim peices that run up your A-pillar(either side of wind sheild) and then remove the upper trim of B-pillar(piece between door opening and rear quarter glass) if you have standard seat belts you may have to remove the upper hanger to get the B-pillar trim off. Once you have all this off the head liner should fall down from the front. be easy with it cause it bends/wrinkels easy. then you can see how the sun shade slides on the track and can fix one of the 4 peices that poped off. each of the 4 pieces is spring type metal that has 2 fingers sloted over the runner. the 2 slots are about 2 inches apart. black in color. you can use a smwll screw driver to compress them while you realign them to the track.
