95 S14 Sunroof turns over but doesnt move up down -back or forward

hithe car ist a 95 240sx s14 my sunroof its on the close position, when i press for it to open the little engine goes on, but the sunroof doesnt move at allwhat could be he problem??? the tracks tperhaps? thank you

Could be the tracks or it could be the gears on the motor not engaging to wind the roof back.

aaaah I have the same problem cant fix it till I get the car back from the shop. please post what it was.
