95 s14 speed limiter

OK, yes I've been reading the posts before so here's my question.

The previous post I just looked at was for a 90-91 s13. The auto ECU they said had to speedlimiter, and that it can work with the manual transmission/harness whatever.

Question is, for a 95 <, can you do the same ECU swap? Manual ECU and swap it with an auto ECU to have no speed limiter? Or will it not work.

Go here and look in the FAQ. It will tell you how to diable the speed governor by cutting a wire running from the ECU! No buying an Auto ECU or $$$ upgrades ect, al you need is wire cutters and the ability to see colors! Enjoy!

i did. but those instructions were for a s13. i'ts not a sure thing for the 14
