I just recently had jiffy lube do a 3 step cleaning for the fuel system. They put something in the fuel tank for the fuel injectors and then they sprayed something on the throtle valve since it was getting stuck and then put something in the vacuum line for I have no idea what. Any way now the car is shaking pretty bad! Idle feels like im on a massage chair. What is wrong with the car?

injector(s) for sure, buy a set (2) of oem injectors and start troubleshooting. Unless you got big cash to just send your rails off for inspection, or buy all new ones. If that kind of vibration happens its a dam injector coil 99.9% of the time. Good luck

I bought one and it seemed to help but then it started messing up again then realized I didnt change the spark wires so I changed those too. Once I did the car started to idle find again and it had power and was not shaking anymore.

Thanks for the help!

No prob. Injectors, a leak in the plenum or a restricted vacuum hose will cause a rough idle. The wires (on the q 45), plugs, coil packs are NEVER to blame for a nasty vibration, only a very slight one. Are you idling at 650-750? If not, check the 90 degree hoses ("L" shaped hoses) on your intake for a restriction (pinched line). If you can pinch said hose with a pair of pliers and literally feel your idle go up, then go to autozone and buy a 90 degree hose (20 bucks, I freaked, but it was worth it). The pinched line will subsequently cause a vibration and a steady, low and rough idle of around 500. The vibration wont be as bad as a bad injector coil vibration, but the vibration will be enough to piss you off at idle. So, how do you post pics on this site. I get Niqole back on Sunday, I want to post a pic on my signature. Please tell me how to post pics......Peace, the drunken mechanic..lol
