Ok I Just brought me a 1995 S14 240SX SE Auto. I have just notice that the A/C is on without being turn on. How I know the A/C is on is because the Air coming out of the vents is very very cold like the A/C is on. There is water droping under the car after the car is stop! I know for sure it is not in defog because I turn the vent on the first botton that vents the air faceing you. Also The car ideal at 700-800 even with the cold air coming out and the A/C light off. if I push the A/C botton it lights up and the engine jump to 1300-1500RPM and comes back to about 1000-1100RPM.

I don't want to burn up my A/C. Please Help If you need more Info please call me at 678-907-2381 and I will call you right back so you don't have to pay LD charge!

pull the a/c relay and see if the compressor shuts off. if it does this tells you most of the circuit under the hood is functioning as designed. if it doesnt shut off you have a short to power somewhere under the hood.

If it shuts down that tells you the ecm is grounding the relay so now you need to figure out what is telling the ecm your a/c is on. It would likely be something with the switch circuit. I will pull diagrams from the servic emanual here in a bit and see if I can find where the likley problem is. does it have auto or manual A/C controls.

It has Manual!

Which you have to push the A/C button to turn it on and off. And there is a thing you pull left to make the air cooler or pull it to the right to turn on the heat. Or you can say it just like the 89-94 S13 240SXs!

If it has a lever to control heat its manual like you say

If it had a display that shows the temp in numbers it would be an auto air system.

before you get to far into this you need to determine if the A/C is infact on. when this problem is occuring look at your compressor while the car is running, Is the middle of the pulley spinning? If its not your A/C is not on. The vents are not blowing refrigerated air and it must be the outside air your feeling blow from the vents. After you do this check if you find it is turning when all the controls are shut off post back and I will post what you need to check inside the car after you do the relay pulling test I mentioned above. I have looked at the wiring diagram and found this system primarily is operated by the ECM. This does not mean the ECM is the failure so dont run out and buy one. if its failing it would likely be the thermal control amp or the push button control unit.
