95 s14 rb20det wiring???

Ok so Ive searched up and down high and low lol to find the wiring for this swap and havent had much luck I have a pretty good idea but im not 100 percent sure yet.. So on this swap do I splice the f3 plug from the s14 harness into the rb harness or do I cut the wires and wire them directly into f3 plug.. someone help please lol pics would be a great help
