'95 S14 passenger window not working. searched.

hey guys, my passenger window refuses to budge. if i ever push either of the window buttons to make it go down, it wont go back up. i used to have to play with the switches to get it back up, but now its just stuck in down position. ive read that it may be the power window amp, but from the text i assume it only affects the driver side windows. when i hit either of the p/w window buttons to go down, i hear a click from the motor, and my lights dim for a split sec. if i hit up, i get nothing. any ideas? im desperate to get the trash bag off my damn window!

bump. is there anyway to just make the window go up? i dont care if it works or not haha.
