95 s14 moon roof replacement

Ok, i just recently purchased a s14 and the moon roof glass is destroyed. I was wondering what my best options on repairing this would be. Would i better off repairing everything all together? Or just replace the glass and weather proofing? The mechanical stuff is still operational and in decent shape. But i dont know where to find the glass or weather stripping for it. And where would i find oem side skirts and a oem hood?

call an automotive glass shop. Pull up yahoo yellow pages and look at automotive -> repair -> glass (I think it's in that order)
