95 S14 KA with S13 KA MT?

ok, I'm about to go get a S14 with a blown motor for $200. I have a S13 that I want to swap the motor and MT with, because my buddy wants the MT from the S14.

I've searched and found that by using the S13 MT into the S14, I'll get a CEL. But, what if I'm going to swap in BOTH the motor and MT from the S13 into the S14? Will I still get CEL? Even using the S13 ECU?

Also, please hit me up with the proper links, I've already searched and read thru about 20 pages. There's just so many conflicting information. I need this cleared up that's all.
