95 S14 Driver's Door Graunch

My 95 S14 driver's door makes a bad graunching sound when I open and shut it. I've lubricated the hinges but it only solves the problem for a few days. Is there a more permanent fix?

Replace the hinges? If you don't want to do that, I'd suggest a lithium grease.

The door check arm is bad.Replcae it and keep it lubed with white lithium grease os silicone grease.
