Ok here is the deal. I need your help again.

My 95 240SX S14 A/C is running kinda funny! But this is how it all started. my Blower fan Zs(Not turning/Lock up). So I put a new one in it. Now only when I turn it to 4 the blower will work. but it will not run on 1-3 setting. I check for V there is no power on 1-3 to the fan!

Back to the other Problem which is the A/C not turning on.

When ever I put it in 1-4 my engine will run a higher RPM like it should. It jump from 500-700 to 1000-1200RPM. But here is the problem. In 4/High the blower fan runs but sometime the A/C compresor does not come on it also does not come on at 1-3. but when I drive it alittle it will come on for about 30 sec and turn it self off. And sometime it runs like it should be!

Every Bit help will be appirated! (can't spell) Sorry

I know I can't write so if you can't understand please ask and I will try to explain best as I could!

first replace the resister blade in the heater box near the motor. that will fix your 1-3 problem and possibly improve some of the A/C functionality. But you may have a problem with your freon charge in the system causeing the erratic operation of the A/C. Fix the resistor problem first then recheck all operations.

sorry to bring this one back but it happened to me and probably many more people with summer here.

I just need to know how to get to the heater box so i can change this resister blade and is it hard to change. Nistech is that the official name "resister blade" that i will use when ordering the part from my local nissan dealership? Thanks

Its a peice of cake to replace. If you look up at the heater box from the passenger floor board you will see a 4 pin flat connector. That connector is plugged into the "Blower resistor". There are 2 phillips head screw holding it in. Simply remove those 2 screws and pull it out. Again though your motor is likely causeing extensive strain on the resistor cuasing it to burn up the resistor. Make sure you dont have any debris in the blower fan squirrel cage. The motor drops out in about the same area. It is held in the blower case with 3 screw from the bottom. It is locat just below the glove box close to the right kick panel.
