Ok, so Im over half done with this and descided to make a build thread out of it.

So we started with a primarilly stock 95 240. Ka, full leather interior, kit and wheels was about it. Got it off a Nico member from New York, and yes there was rust

Started the tear down, have a small garage so took off the doors for better access:

Then got the motor out:

From there we pulled the interior:

Bout a week after that we recieved the clip from JMI:

Pulled the LHD crossmember and swapped it for the RHD one:

Stripped down the RHD clip:Before:After

Cut out the firewall from the JSpec car aswell as the one from the 240:

Next just welded in the RHD firewall and also a patch panel for the rust:

Painted the engine bay and started reassembling the interior:

And thats about where were at. Full interior is done, rear harness was modified by Nick at Elite Imports International in Philly. Just waiting on parts from Enjuku Racing to get the Sr in the car, and can then start the bodywork phase of the project.

Well I got it in a trade from another forum member. I traded an Sr S13 coupe for it strait up. It was a fair trade I guess.

As for finishing the car we got 50mm rear spacers and extended studs, 30mm front sapcers and studs with sportmax wheels. 30mm front and rear fenders. Im thinking about doing a factory rear bumper with a surprise on it , as for the front Were keeping it Zenki with the clear lense healights and the "silvia" garnish.

Any imput??

We may, we have to see what Nick at Elite Imports has, We used the usdm carpet that has the vinyl mat on the us drivers floor but some nice floor mats will cover that. We are getting the JSpec door panels and mirrors. But Im still unsure of the Ebrake.

the only thing i would do differently is find a set of OEM RHD seats. becasue of the issue of the drivers seat moving forward when you lean it forward...and the center console w/ ebrake...but thats just me, and im picky.

We did the entire RHD convertion with everything completed in something like 2 weeks, but it was a waiting game after that for door harnesses, headlight switch which was broke and a few other things
