95 q45 transmission wont reverse when warmed up

my transmission wont go into revers when its warmed up. im thinking it might be a solenode but im not sure. if i push the car it will engage has any one had this issue before? please let me know if there is a fix

So tell us about the fluid condition (color and smell compared to new unused) and maintenance history.

Sounds like varnish build up on a solenoid.

the fluid doesnt look that great and i plan on doing an exchange when i get paid but ive hear of this from some where else on the net but the link to the fix was deleted
