All you need is the bolt. The measurements for said bolt are in your owners manual usually found in the glove box.

Here are the measurements from a 1994 Q45 owners manual:

Bolt Diameter: 8.0mm
Bolt Length: 1.18 inches or longer (30+mm)
Thread Pitch 1.25mm

Hope that helps!

Just wondering what the final outcome was...were you able to get an answer? I'm trying to find the same information for my 93 q45.

What did Scottsdale send you... just the bolt, or was there an anchor peice as well? I'll have to go back to see if there's an anchor that came with my son's car seat. Just in case there wasn't I actually snagged a bolt and anchor out of a newer Mitsubishi at the salvage yard. It should work nicely - but I haven't actually tried it yet.

also is it weird that i got 212k now on my 95' and besides changing the wear items oil/brakes/tires it just runs, and runs?

do have a leak in the steering rack boot though i add about 4 oz of fluid every few weeks been that way for 2 years and its a pricey one to fix. anybody ever try and conditioner to the fluid...dealer thought that could be dicey though...same dealer that could not locate the tether bolt-

Not sure that I'd try any "cure in a bottle" type conditioners. I'm inclined to say that adding fluid is the safest way to go. Congratulations on that mileage without anything major - sometimes you just get a really good one!
