All fuses test fine (both under the hood and under the steering wheel), pulled door panel off and tested the plugin connector to the trunk and fuel switch and I've got no power. Is there a relay for these somewhere? Anyone know where a wiring diagram can be obtained? I called the local Infiniti parts department and they said there are no specifically identified relays for fuel door or trunk release. I just bought the car like 4 weeks ago and would like an alternative to opening the trunk and pulling the fuel door rod everytime I fill up thanks

You might look around under the glove box at the yellow tubing that is attached to the inside of the lower glove box trim piece. This trim piece pulls off. No tools required. Something may have come disconnected under there.

Have you checked all the wiring in the following diagram?

Since both draw power through the 10amp fuse at the fuse panel, perhaps thats where the problem is.(Wiring or the fuse itself)

CrimsonQ,Thanks for the kind comments on my ride. It's actually been fairly abused prior to my ownership:( The wheels are complete garbage. Two of them are bent and one suffers from curb rash. I'm planning on dumping the 20's for 18's. Hopefully the overall ride quality will dramatically increase. Love the car though. Sold my 04' Passat, I do miss the 4Motion, but love the luxury of the Q!

anlasak,Thanks for the diagram. Will tear into it next weekend. The suns finally out here in Orygun and my yard needs more attention (or so my wife tells me ).

Replace the fuse with a new one. I've been caught out with fuses "LOOKING" good but found to be stuffed when tested with a meter.
