Yes that is correct...

Here's the deal. I want the car, but I'm flying out to Indiana tomorrow morning and lack the time to go get this thing and get it towed.

The owner said yes it is $250 and doesn't think he can get much more for it (I think he's wrong).

Engine overheated and needs replacement. The transmission is 'suspect'. Driver side armrest (on door) is a little worn. Otherwise everything else is perfect. Leather is perfect as well as the body. Everything electrical works. Car has 167k on it. As you know the 94-96 don't have the chain guide issues. He has it at a shop in San Francisco and can probably only leave it there until Tuesday which is why I can't buy it (I get back Saturday).

He's very attatched to this vehicle but he's trying not to be too attatched because he's afraid of spending more than it's worth to fix it. He's not a diy er and said he was told it would cost $6000 to fix it. I know a source here in the bay area where you can get an engine for this car for $750 (a jdm engine).

Somebody snatch this up!!!

"Blown Engine. Excellent Body (Dark Green Paint), Leather Interior, Wheels, New Tires, New Front Brakes, Etc. Sun Roof. All Electrical Fine.

All electrical fire could mean a new harness. $1200, easy, maybe more depending how much was burned.

Huh?

I think it says fine, not fire??

Overheated meass you would want to completely replace everything, my guess is car + engine + parts + some new tools = decent deal, but alot of sweat equity you'd never get back .

Most likely it's gone already. That's really a good deal.
