I see a very small drop of trans fluid near the rear area on the floor, I was thinking rear seal, but it may be where the Speedo comes out, anyone had a similar problem with their car?
I just checked, now I don’t see a leak. It’s very small. TWSS

Yep. The speedo drive is a common leak location.

If it's not losing more than a drop each day, I'd let it ride.

Make sure it's ATF (place a clean white paper towel on the rip and see what color it resolves to. Pink = ATF, tan = oil.

Thanks. I’ll have to look that up in the service manual to see what I’m getting into.

It's not bad. O- ring replacement.

I scoured the service manual, I don’t see any info on the Speedo or where it goes in the trans.
