CRAP.

I wish I had seen that 3 weeks ago. We have the identical car, with 3x the miles, getting a new engine put in.

I coulda swapped all the mods over to that one and been only a couple grand down. Damn.

But it's a standard and Quella is a t. Not impossible, but an interesting challenge.

I have to think you are still ahead in labor with the new engine.

Get the Infiniti dealer service history, and if it is satisfactory, plan a road trip to inspect.

But I wouldn't wait too long.

Romeo:

I e-mailed the carfax to you. If anyone else wants a copy of it, drop me your email address or contact [email protected]

The car was originally part of a corporate fleet. Florida all its life, clean clean clean.

Heheh, well, I advised you to shop, so I'm jus' lookin' out for ya. Peter's is probably a better buy, though. This ebay one has sunroof, injector and shock problems, at least. Peter's, as he said, will be all sorted out.

Also, it was in Marietta, GA at the Georgia Auto Mall...and it sold a week ago, according to Woody, a sales guy there. He's going to take the ad down.

Yeah i know...i was just pulling your leg. But oh well.. all this is eye candy to me right now. Because by October, im sure all will be sold. But in the meantime, im learning all i can learn now. Taking all opinions i can take. And advices, so this time i can pick out a better car. Because i bought my car a yr ago for 2700$, and i think that was a lil too pricey for a 93Q with 142k miles. But im yung, so im entitled to one F... up _______oh yeah.. i got another question since im trying to get a 94-95.. whats the difference between a q45t and a Q45a, And with the amount of knowledge i have would u suggest getting a (a), (t), or regular Q45? I hope its not maintenece because i will go for the cheapest one.

The good news is you have until October to do some serious reading. When you do, the answer to these and may more questions will be your knowledge base instead of a void of uncertainty. You will save valuable money and time when you know how to buy the right one.

When you know how to grow wheat, you don't have to be satisfied with scraps of moldy bread.

I don't think you'd want the hassle and expense of a Q45a - it's the one with the active suspension. The Q45t might be worth a little extra. It has the spoiler, a little stiffer rearend, and heated seats.

Always, always wait for a deal.

I paid $1300 for my Q45, and I'd argue that its mechanically one of the newest Qs on NICO, if not the newest G50.
