Hey guys, looking for this part here http://www.courtesyparts.com/oe-nissan/2540170f00 , hoping someone on here has gutted their car and has one of these kicking around. I really don't want to spend $300+ shipping one from a parts site if I don't have to. Searches on here haven't brought me any luck and I apologize if this thread is in the wrong place. If you got a line on where to get this switch please give me a shout, any info is greatly appreciated guys. Cheers

Well, as you've already thought of, pick-and-pull junk yards and local part outs are places to look. Is the plastic smashed and broken? Does the button always auto-roll down your window when you only wanted to lower it some? Does it keep clicking once it's rolled all the way down? If it is cosmetic, you'll need a new one to replace the plastic, if it's function, it can probably be fixed. Let us know, we might be able to help. Mine stopped working, it was the controller board in the door. A little solder and I had it fixed!

There is no clicking sound anymore. The window went down, and in the early stages of moving the little white switch on the circuit board with my fingers, it clicked. Now it doesn't anymore. I set up another car battery and some wires to put power through things and see if they work, I can get the window up and down by powering the motor directly. My mechanic/electrical guy soldered a part of the amp a couple weeks ago, hence the window down intitially so I assume all thats failing is the switch because there is no more clicking. The circuit board in the amp looks a little melted and toasted but replacement are more widespread online, so if I have to I'll but one. These switches though are making me a little nervous. I have a photo of the exact little piece I think isn't working but I'm not exactly sure how to post it.
