What mids are you pairing them up with? Where's the cone breakup of your mids? How far are the tweeters going to be placed from the mids? You aquired these tweeters to accomplish what goal?

Reason I ask all these questions is because they may not work with your current mids, or they may work great.

Iam going to be pairing them with rockford fos 6 1/2 60rms 120peak in the door and the tweeter are located on the windshield pillar. i planed to run just those four off my sony xplod head unit . i dont know the cone break up but they are clarion and they say 8w 4ohm and they are made of like a poly plastic not paper . i thought they would be more than 8 watt do you think that mean 80 watt?

thanx man

Wow, the distance from the lower part of your door to lower A-pillar is about what, 18"? That would necessitate a crossover point no higher than 750hz to eliminate lobing.

Your tweeters will not be able to handle that low of a XO point.

Without knowing anything about your tweeters, you probably better not cross them any lower than 2.5khz. You can try lower, you can try higher, it's up to you.

Here's a few passive XO's to look at (stick with the one's that are around $23/ea).http://www.parts-express.com/w...t=193
