Craving, there are many stations that supply high-octane street legal gasoline in Ca. The problem is that while Shion pays the same price as normal, we will pay to the tune of 5-7 bucks a gallon for the high test.

here in the kansas city metro area...average price of 91 is 2.50 a gallon...no 93 anywhere....but 4 miles from my house is a gas station that sells 100 octane for 4.87 a gallon right now...i put the 100 octane in my car...i fill up every wednesday (payday) and then i put another 1/4 tank in around monday...cause after the weekend my tank gets low.

lewis

ps. it costs about 75 to 80 bux to fill up from dead empty with 100 octane a week.

jeez why do you guys in the nice parts of the country get the high octane stuff? I would think if anywhere the folks like us running around in 115* heat would need the knock protection if anyone would.

They sell 100 octane unleaded at some of the gas stations around here. It's usually about 3.99 a gallon or more. You can also get 100 unleaded shipped to you through a few providers (sunoco comes to mind)
