95 obdI in a 93

Ok i know i need the 95 ecu and wiring harnesses. Just wonderin if i can use my 93 transmission in place of the 95 transmission, and with upgrading to the 95 engine will i need to use a 95-96 MAF or can i use the s13 MAF ? . also need to know what is the difference btween a 91-93 aftermarket header and a 95-96 aftermarket header and also whats the diff btween the s13 and s14 cold air intake systems ???? and can i use a s14 header on a 95 ka in a 93 hatch ? i know its been asked a million times but every time i try to search it i cant find it.
