95 o2 sensor problem.

I have a 95 s14 California car. My Check engine light has triped Twice in the last month (650 mile between trips) The first time i got the code off the ECU it was the O2 Primary 33 ( single wire connection) the second time was with an OBDII tester same issue both times I cleared the code and found the plug itself was filled with fluid. The first time my valve cover was leaking oil, and it ran down the wire to fill the plug and , I assume that is what shorted it. Valve cover is fixed and no longer leaks. The second time Water filled the plug, It was raining hard The night before and I figured thats What it was from. Has anyone Had this problem???? How is it fixed??? I dont want to getho rigg it with tape.Thank you
