95 nissan pickup starting problems

got a 95 nissan pickup xe 2wd, it wont start sometimes and when it does it will die when youre drivin down the road. i notice when you turn the key the fuel pump isn't kickin on. ive replace fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel filter, fuel pump relay, and blown out all fuel lines.

any advice or tips on what may be going on???

check out the wiring to the fuel pump.
