Just picked up a 95 Nissan Exe, know nothing more about the truck than it is running a 4-cyl, auto with leaf's in the back! End goal is to have a sleeping beast pretty much! I was thinking turbo, manual swap and IRS conversion to get me going this year, college is rough so it will be a slow process! Looking for really any advice or tips to help me get off the ground!

What I believe to be the best order of the mods
Manual Swap
Turbo (because I'm surrounded by straight roads)
IRS (better handling for later on, when I grad.. College)
