95 Nissan 4x4, how to attach ARB bullbar?

I'd like some advice on how the ARB Bullbar attaches in the engine compartment. Directions say "bolt up bar using original bumper bar mounting positions inside of wheel archers." No idea what a "wheel archer" is (wheel arches??). The mounts for inside the engine compartment on the bullbar do not line up w/ the original bumper mounts.

Idea? TIA.

ps the bolts supplied with the bullbar do not fit the mounts underneath AND they're Grade 5. Ordered Grade 8 bolts, same as used for the tow hook.

not sure on a D21...on a D22 they bolt to the 6 existing bumper bracket bolt holes. Sure you have the right bumper?

I believe I do as the bottom holes line up perfectly.
