95 motor in a 93 240sx?

hey i got a 93 240sx and i just bought a 95 and up motor didnt ask the year but i know its from the newer body ones but will it work on my 93 240sx? i mean i know it will fit but any electrical work needed? beside for plug n play stuff? will my stock ecu and stock wiring harness work?
