The car has 141K on it. It is only running on #5 & #6. I have replaced the plugs, 2 coil packs, Crank sensor (front of block) MAF, Idle intake air, Battery and it is still only running on 2 cylinders HELP

Welcome to NICO.

Do you have a check engine light on? If so, have you scanned it for codes?

Yes I have Idle air control valve, Maf Sensor, Knock Sensor, Multiple Miss Fires and Battery circuit. I changed the MAF, Idle air Control Sensor, Battery, Plugs and the coil packs. I noid tested the fuel injectors and they are working.
When I noid tested the coil wires only Cylinders #5 and #6 light up!

You replaced 2 coil packs? Which cyclinder did you put them into? Have you checked the harness as well as the ground points on the engine frame?

I'm worried that you may have had a problem (short) with the Idle Air Control Valve stepper motor and could have fried the power transistors in the ECU.

Have you checked the battery voltage and alternator charging? A good battery must have > 12.6 VDC with engine off. The charging voltage should be higher than 13.8 VDC (spec is 14.1-14.7 VDC) with no voltage spikes. Please note that a failing alternator can cause a lot of crazy things to happen with the car/engine.

I'm afraid I'd probably have to agree with this.
