95 Maxima- no accessory power

Hey,

I was routing the wires for my satellite radio on Sunday afternoon and when I went to go to put my windows back up so I could wash the car, no go. It didn't happen all at once though. First I lost every power window but mine, then I lost mine, then I lost my power locks, then I lost my power seat. I've been told by a mechanic that it could be a fusible link? I've heard of these and to my understanding they are basically just an inline fuse but my electrical knowledge is very limited. I was wondering if somebody could tell me where to look for this fusible link or if somebody might know what else could be causing this. The sooner the better because right now I'm just hoping it doesn't rain
